Whatever the cause of your injury, your claim for compensation will be handled by a solicitor and not a "claims handler". However we find that many people do not know that they already have legal expenses cover as part of their motor or home cover. We ask everyone to check their cover and can assist in liaising with the insurer to activate any existing cover.
