We are able to offer no-win no-fee arrangements for many employment disputes. However we find that some people, without knowing it, already have legal expenses cover as part of their home contents insurance. We ask everyone to check their cover and can assist in liaising with the insurer to activate any existing cover.

Our clients include a full range of both employees and employers including companies, partnerships and senior executives.

In one notable case, a job offer was withdrawn shortly before our client was due to start work. Our client and his wife had both resigned from their existing jobs, and had made arrangements to relocate in the south for the new job. We could demonstrate that our client had incurred real expense in reliance on the employment contract, even though the job had not yet commenced. Within a relatively short period, we were able to negotiate a settlement whereby our client received compensation and the prospective employer also paid the costs!
