Probably only once during the course of the transaction although we are always happy to see you as often as need be.

How long will it take?

This will depend to an extent on other people in the chain. For example you may be ready to exchange but somebody else may still be waiting for a mortgage offer. As a rough and ready guide an average conveyance is likely to take around two months from start to finish.

How much will it cost?

That very much depends on a number of factors such as the amount of the sale or purchase price and how complex and time consuming the matter is likely to be. We will however provide you with either a quotation or a detailed estimate of charges at the outset and will confirm that quotation or estimate in writing. We reserve the right to increase an estimate only in the very unlikely event of any unforeseen circumstances arising during the course of the transaction. Our quotations and estimates contain no hidden extras.
